The RLAUTIER natural stone workshop team has channelled their knowledge into a new pursuit: honing the mastery in the reinterpretation of the natural stone object, which helps to keep these rare skills alive and put them to adequate use. The uncompromising layering of craftsmanship, skill, designs and art in single free objects born out of stone. Reuben Lautier simultaneously practices architectural design at his studio while running the workshop in Malta. His work is known for its textural simplicity and material detailing. Rueben studied architecture and civil engineering at UOM, and took over the family business in natural stones for the past ten years.
