Letta Shtohryn is a Ukrainian artist and researcher based in Malta. In her work she investigates the entangled relationship between the physical and digital realm, explores posthuman thought, human-nonhuman collaborations and speculates about the future. As part of her method, Letta employs speculative investigations and storytelling using new media, sculpture, video games, commercial goods and imagery. Letta is a founder of digital platform Whatdowedonow.xyz. Currently, she is a Research Excellence Fellow at The Immersion Lab, University of Malta.

Her collection Up Next was created together with a Attn GAN (text to image algorithm). The text is based on the titles of YouTube video trends and suggestions on the 8th of March, women's day. It reflects on personal algorithmic bubbles, gender bias that was prevalent in the beauty industry throughout 2020.
