On the 23rd of November 2018, Valletta Contemporary hosted a unique fundraising dinner to support the META Foundation, surrounded by Dan Hudson's remarkable works, including a recorded streaming projection of the sun directly from NASA that is part of Hudson's artwork Illusion of the Sun Going Down. 

For one night only, the guests experienced fine cuisine inspired by the artworks, through a curated 5 course dinner by Marcel’s Kitchen, while supporting META Foundation's efforts to bring high-end contemporary art to a Maltese audience.
